Salon Policies
Cancellations & No Shows

In order to continue to providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. 

In the event of a no show you will be charged 50% of the services booked. First time clients that no show will need to pay in full before rescheduling.

Running Late

I understand that things come up which can cause you to run late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a chance we won't be able to accommodate each appointment scheduled. However, I will do my best to complete what I can with the remainder of the appointment without sacrificing the quality of the service.

Service Adjustments

I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Service adjustments are exclusive to the services booked.
Persistent service adjustments will result in a new stylist referral and no future accommodations. 

Refunds & Returns

Refunds on services are not offered. If you are not satisfied with your service please see Service Adjustment.

Retail returns are not 
accepted. All retail purchase sales are final.
