CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

In order to continue to providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 30% cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 


In the event of a No Show the same policy will apply. You will be contacted via all forms of contact on file before the 30% No Show fee is charged.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 14 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. If we reach 3 adjustments then we are not compatible and I can no longer service you.

RETAIL RETURNS

I take great pride in the performance of the retail lines that I offer. However, should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.

RUNNING LATE

I understand that things come up and accidents happen that can cause you to run late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a chance we won't be able to accommodate each appointment scheduled. However, I will do my best to complete what I can with the remainder of the appointment without sacrificing the quality of the service.
